We work in a cooperative, comprehensive, horizontal, supportive, innovative, dynamic, and facts-based manner. Our training and educational techniques can be easily replicated for use by others. We utilize games and other educational materials that promote learning by doing. We seek to generate an educational process that enables our participants and facilitators to learn from one another.
